Autel Ultra Refresh Instruction (Refresh Zip Attached)

One customer gives feedback that his Autel Ultra will freeze as soon as he turns it on without a click within 2 -3 seconds.

In this situation, please send SN number to your seller to check if it’s within update subscription.

If not, like in this case, you may need to refresh Autel MaxiSys Ultra.

How to Refresh Autel Ultra?

1.Download the compressed file, unzip it, and get the “autel_dv1912” folder

2.Copy the whole “autel_dv1912” folder to blank TF card root menu. (The TF card should be formatted to FAT32)

3.Plug the TF card to Ultra card slot

4.Power on the Ultra and it will to go to flash process automatically

Then it should work fine.
