Jacob:

Best bang for your buck as far as I’m concerned. gives more in depth readings than cheaper models and is a weekend mechanics best friend. Allowed me to read problem codes and delete them after the repairs were done and now I don’t have to go and wait at advance or auto zone to have them read my codes.

David:

Very nice product for the money. Easy to read graphs on all measured inputs. I always wanted an OBD reader an found this to be an excellent choice. I have a grounding issue on a 2006 Civic. The voltage readings/graph helped me identify the headlights as the source of the issue, specifically the high beams. I haven’t worked on the issue yet, but it sure helps to no where to look ! A+

Amber:

NT301 works great. Wish it came with a code sheet in the manual. I don’t like having to look it up on the actual machine itself. I went online to look up the codes. Wish the company itself had an online code look-up site. Used it on my 04 bmw 3 series to diagnose issues n worked great. Used it also on 2013 benz and 2011 infiniti, No codes with those came up but they’re working fine.

Plug it in and let it do its thing. After a couple of minutes it tells you what you need to know. Will take a while for the beginner to learn what icon to tap, and what to do when you get there. You can clear fault code or clear memory.  If you clear memory it will take a few days for the computer to regain enough info to pass emissions test.

Simon:

so this scanner will read any check engine and sensor codes which is very useful if you get that dreadful
light on your dash and don’t want the mechanic to rip you off.
I have an airbag light on my car dash and it didn’t read it so it doesn’t read airbag codes. Which is fine because it doesn’t say that it does.
Overall it’s great scanner which can save you lots of money at the shop.

Mike: Worked as Advertised

This seems to be a good value product that did what I needed. I found the error code (P0121 on an ’08 2500HD 6.0L), googled it as well as look it up on the device, fixed the problem (cleaned the throttle body and MAF), erased the code and proceeded to the re-learn procedure.
As an ameture to using this type of device/reader, the documentation could be written a little clearer for getting started but NT301 all worked out well.

Katherine:

Wanted to clear the engine light on my Range Rover. This worked perfectly! Told me exactly what the problem is so I took a pic with my phone and then deleted the info and cleared the engine light on my car! Quick tip: turn your car on in ‘accessory mode’, plug in the thing, and hold down the ERASE button for five seconds. That info up front would have saved me 20+ minutes of reading tiny print in the dark! lol! But seriously, saved me a trip to my service guy *again* and to the dealer *again*. Thanks for a solid product!

Chiristian: Amazing Scanner:

Love Foxwell nt301 anytime a stupid fault comes up I’m able to just clear it or actually look into it without having to pay places like pepboys,
or Firestone or NTB or even the dealer who wants 100 bucks just to tell hook up the same scanner

The nt301 tool accurately diagnosed the problem with my car and it allowed me to clear the error code once the problem was corrected. It worked fine on a 1997 vehicle as well as a 2001. Would highly recommend it.
