A Customer encountered an issue cloning five XEFOO1EN transponders using Xhorse Key Tool Max Pro. Despite installing batteries, the device failed to detect any of them. The process repeatedly resulted in a “No transponder detected” error message, even when attempting to use a VVDI super chip as suggested.

Technical support from Xhorse identified the core problem: compatibility. Key Tool Max Pro‘s remote generation function is designed exclusively for genuine Xhorse remotes. These third-party transponders (KR5V1X, 313.8Mhz ID47) are not supported for cloning or remote generation on the Xhorse platform. The solution is to use official Xhorse key blanks to ensure full functionality and a successful programming process. This case highlights the importance of using compatible hardware to avoid operational failures.
