One OBDSTAR iScan Harley user gave feedback that the tool’s connector did not match that of his motorcycle. So the tool kept giving “System scan failed, please select the ‘Manual selection'” error. Motorcycle is 2015 Harley Street Glide.
Here is the Solution:
Besides the 4-pin connector, iScan Harley has 6-pin M034 cable.
Find the correct OBD port.
Check the position marked by “R”, and test voltage there to confirm OBD port.
