Which Tool to Read FCA 2015+ GPEC2A: FoxFlash or PCMtuner?

Question:

GPEC2 ecu in boot, double checked my pin out and the CNF1 with testing but can’t read.

Using bench box then remove, in both ways same result. I just think it is locked ecu 2015 plus. Possible for FoxFlash Tool to read it? or will PCMtuner Tool work for bench FCA GPEC2A 2015+?

Yes in Boot but not all Dodge GPEC2A.

In this case, either year or security on processor is the issue.
