Recently, a customer reported that their VXDIAG VCX SE 6154 interface could not communicate properly after installing ODIS V25 and ODIS V18. Although the device appeared to be recognized by the computer, ODIS was unable to establish a normal diagnostic connection.

After ODIS V18 displays the ODS9014E error message, clicking OK will complete the diagnostic test.
