CG100X read/ write a multiple of Renesas RH850 chips.
For this here we got a Mercedes W222 2018 to remove its old A/C control unit and install a new one.
First, we need to read the Renesas chip.
Start CG100X software.
Select
Programmer>>Renesas>>RH850>>R7F701064
Wiring diagram of 144pins.
Connect to old module by soldering.
Read D-flash.
Read P-flash.
Read OPBT0.
Read Boot.
Connect to new module.
Write original data to new module.
Installed back and everything goes well.
