Ford VXDIAG V98: how to fix option ECM Body Chassis not accessible

Question:
I bought VXDIAG MULTI Diagnostic Tool 4 in 1, I want to change new ECM for Ford Everest, and I did follow the video demo by the supplier, but after complete programming, the car cannot start. And I also cannot enter PATs reprogramming function. How to do?
ECM is not accessible (shown as the first picture).
Car model and year: 2008 Ford Everest
Engine No: WEAT-141927
Chassis No: MNBUSFE907W207583
And in the menu, I have no option “Body” and “Chassis” (shown as the last picture).
Solution:
Try the old software version V86.
Maybe the new software not support programming key on this car model

Ford VXDIAG V86 installation tips:
I have win10, Ford IDS not run with win10, and I need to install firstly Virtual machine. Just install patch and no need lock the time, and the left steps are the same as other version of IDS.
