I have been received the 2016.03 MB STAR C3 software parcel today. But I had a problem with the hard disk, when inserted into the Dell D630 it buzzes and clicks every few seconds. The heads were seeking and hitting the stop repeatedly.
Looking in the bios, no hard disk is detected.
The main reason is:
1.You don ‘t insert the HDD well.
2.There are something wrong with your laptop.
Solution:
Pls insert the HDD to your laptop again.
Chage another laptop and have a try.
If all solutions above don’t work, please send Star software HDD to the vendor.
