And we will show you how to program a used EIS and virginize ISM.
Tools:
Step 1. Read and save original EIS data
We get EIS data on the vehicle, or you could also do it on bench.
Select “EIS Tool” menu.
Step 2. Read key password
Select “Add key” menu.
Follow guidance to get key password.
Step 3. Erase doner EIS
Erase doner EIS on bench.
Select “EIS Tool” menu.
Enter key password to erase EIS.
Step 4. Write Data back into EIS
Write original data to erased EIS.
Step 5. Activate EIS
Continue to activate EIS security.
Step 6. Register Key
Add key again.
We could use password we got before, or start from scratch.
*Here the car won’t start and there is an ESM(ISM) DTC
So, we are going to renew ISM.
Step 7. Read and save ISM data
Select “ISM” menu.
Read ISM data.
Step 8. Erase ISM data
Go on to erase ISM data.
Step 9.Activate ISM
Step 10.Presonalize via OBD
Scan DTCs, and there is a range sensor code.
Select
Special function>>Teach-in process>>Teach-in of selection range sensor
