2. Fix the problem that some BOSCH TC17xx ECUs prompt that the version is not supported
3. Fix the problem that CPEGP2.10.1 fails to verify PFlash
4. Optimize the checksums: DCM7.1AP, GM E37/E78/E83, PCR2.1, MT80, 9HP
