Question:
Is it possible for Original FoxFlash to unlock PCR2.1 with all done by OBD without removing ecu.
Generally we need to remove ecu, unlock it, switch chip into BSL mode, then install back and read/ write via OBD.

Everything is explained in the manual, so it’s easy.
The Manual:
1.Read by obd using unlock obd protocol. it will give you a VR FILE
2.Write file selecting complete. it will stop at 6%, reboot the writing and then, at 6% again, it ask you to remove the key 120s, then unplug the battery 60s, then plug it 60s and then press ok before turning on ignition. it will resume and will take about 20 min
3.Write selecting tables and takes about 3.5 min.
Do we have to disconnect battery for FoxFlash?
Yes, this will patch micro, not eeprom, to be sure that the ecu capacitors are fully discharged. If someone will have an ecu like this soon he can try faster (after he will make a backup on bench to be sure), to remove both pole from battery and put them together for few seconds. That will discharge all the equipments on car and proceed further
