Vehicle Connection Wizard prompts for MongoosePro MFC 2 (Green)
•Vehicle(s):2016 Scion iA / Yaris R / Yaris SD MEX-Prod
•Description:During Vehicle Connect, Techstream will prompt the user to connect the MongoosePro MFC 2 (Green). This is NOT required and the prompt will be removed in v10.3.
•Work Around:Select “Next” to proceed as normal.
•Status:To be fixed in v10.3.

Windows file folder opens during Configuration Utility process
•Vehicle(s):2016 Scion iA / Yaris R / Yaris SD MEX-Prod
•Description:During the Configuration Utility process, a file folder is simultaneously opened.
•Work Around:Close the folder and continue with the Techstream Configuration Utility prompts.
•Status:Under investigation. (1020-002).

Unable to communicate with Occupant Detection ECU
•Vehicle(s):2012 Yaris (Other vehicles may be affected)
•Description:Unable to connect from the System Select Menu or the Health Check Results screen.
•Status:Under investigation. (1010-006).

•Description:Active Test fails to turn main relays on. Please submit an Error Report (F12) if this issue is encountered.

DTC U0192 sets upon connecting Techstream to vehicle
•Vehicle(s):2016 Tundra (TRD Pro)
•Description:The Malfunction indicator lights is illuminated when the DLC3 cable from Techstream is plugged into the vehicle. This only occurs on the TRD Pro edition.
•Status:Under investigation. (1010-003).

Text Wrapping Incorrect

•Description:The text wrapping on the Error Report (F12) screen is incorrect. Users are unable to view the saved file path.
•Status: Fix to be implemented in future software release. (1010-002).

Health Check results in Java Error (UnmarshalException)

•Description:Some vehicles receive a Java Error before Health Check completes which prevents further progress.
•Status: Under investigation, please submit an Error Report (F12) when encountering this issue (1000-004).

Swtiching between list types in Smart Key ECU Datalist results in Fatal Error
•Vehicle(s): 2014 Camry
•Description:When creating a Custom List within the Smart Key Datalist, the progress bar loops continuously or results in a Fatal Error.
•Work Around:Selecting “Retry” upon error will succeed.
•Status: Under investigation (1000-007).

Evap Sys Check Utility Fails
•Vehicle(s): 2014 Corolla (other vehicles may be affected)
•Description: Utility fails after running the engine for a few minutes although all preconditions are met.
•Status: Under investigation (1000-005).

Loss of Communication when graphing with Custom Datalist
•Vehicle(s): 2015 Avalon
•Description: Loss of Communication error appears after a few minutes whenever a Custom Datalist is chosen. Attempts to retry connection are unsuccessful, even when restarting Techstream.
•Status: Under investigation (1000-003).

Health Check Calibration Update always shows “Yes” for Telematics ECU
•Vehicle(s): All vehicles equipped with Telematics ECU
•Description: Health Check results show “Yes” for a Telematics ECU (DCM) Calibration update regardless of whether one is available or not.
•Status: Under investigation (920-006).

TIS Access Error (DOF/DLC Campaigns)
•Vehicle(s): 2007 Corolla (Other vehicles may be affected)
•Description: When performing a Health Check, an error message will be displayed stating, “Techstream was unable to access the network. Some information may not be available.”
•Work Around: Error message provides two options, “Try Again” and “Continue”. Select “Continue” to proceed with Health Check.
•Status: Under investigation (1010-007).

Print Failures
•Vehicle(s): N/A
•Device(s): Techstream and Techstream Lite (Mongoose and/or Mongoose Pro VIMs)
•Description: Print errors occur when attempting to print data. This error is most prominent with users attempting to print to Lexmark brand printers
•Status: Under investigation (810-005).

Freeze Frame Data is Blank
•Vehicle(s): 2010 Rav4
•Device(s): Techstream Lite (Mongoose VIM)
•Description: When viewing the Freeze Frame Data for P0455 in the Engine and ECT ECU, the screen is blank and there is no information displayed.
•Status: Issue is under investigation (510-013).

Health Check is missing DTC Information
•Vehicle(s): 2004 Sienna
•Device(s): Techstream and Techstream Lite (Mongoose and/or Mongoose Pro VIMs)
•Description: When performing a Health Check, no trouble codes showed being present, but when accessing the trouble codes screen in the Engine and ECT ECU, the vehicle had a P2241 History Code.
•Status: Issue is under investigation (510-012).

Vehicle Information does not Auto-Populate
•Vehicle(s): 1996-1998 4Runner (5VZ-FE)
•Device(s): Techstream and Techstream Lite (Mongoose and/or Mongoose Pro VIMs)
•Description: When connecting to certain 5VZ-FE equipped 4Runners, the vehicle connection wizard does not automatically populate the vehicle information.
•Status: Issue is under investigation. In the meantime, please manually select the Model, Model Year, and Engine to connect to the vehicle (500-022).

Pre-Customized Data List Shuts Down Techstream Application
•Vehicle(s): 2007 ES350
•Device(s): Techstream and Techstream Lite (Mongoose and/or Mongoose Pro VIMs)
•Description: The Techstream Application shut down unexpectedly when the Pre-Customized Data List in the Intuitive P/A ECU is changed from the default selection.
•Status: Currently looking for additional information. If encountered, please send in an Error Report using the “F12” function on the Techstream keyboard (200-006).

Errors with Tire Pressure Monitor System
•Vehicle(s): All CAN Bus equipped vehicles with TPMS.
•Device(s): Techstream and Techstream Lite (Mongoose and/or Mongoose Pro VIMs)
•Description: When clicking on Datalist or attempting to Clear DTCs, an Error Box may appear describing a negative/no response from the ECU or a loss in communication.
•Status: Under investigation. Some users report success after repeated attempts (1010-005).
