Here is a review of OBDSTAR Toyota-30 Cable working with Autel IM608:
Buy the OBDSTAR 30pin adapter cable before you take the job.
The wires are short and its pain in the ass to splice them. It can be done but its time consuming.

Smart Box:
The Smartbox (TMLF19D) is located above the kick panel on the driver side.
The diagram on Autel shows it behind the glove box just like the rest of Toyota from this generation.
Hint:
Without OBDSTAR cable, we could still finish the job by self-made cables or G-BOX.
